However, the fifth respondent husband chased away the petitioner from the said Kudil and thereby, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. However, subsequently, an order dated 13.01.2026 came to be passed by the Meivazhi Salai. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
