By the impugned order, the respondent has called upon the petitioner to remove the petition mentioned encroachment. It is so obvious from the face of the record that it was not preceded by any show cause notice. On the sole ground, the order impugned in the writ petition is quashed. The matter is remitted to the respondent to pass order afresh on merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
