The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has given change of Vakalat. If change of Vakalat has been obtained by the litigant, he ought to have made immediate alternative arrangements. The Court will not be issuing fresh notice. This is all the more so because, it is the petitioner who has taken back the change of Vakalat from his counsel. 2. Be that as it may, the order impugned in the writ petition is appealable under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 before the District Collector. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents will not enforce the impugned order for a period of twelve weeks. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
