Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The name of the fourth respondent is printed in the cause list. However, he has not chosen to enter appearance. 3. The petitioner states that in the petition mentioned pathway, the fourth respondent has committed encroachment and that it has to be removed. 4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The learned Government Advocate admits that both the survey numbers have been classified as street. We do not expect the authorities to be so helpless in the matter. They need to take steps against the fourth respondent to ensure that the petition mentioned street is kept from free of encroachment for all times to come.
