In the year 2015, the petitioner installed solar power grid system in his school with a solar net-meter facility. However, the third respondent vide the impugned order dated 24.01.2018, directed the petitioner to remove the solar net-meter and install the whole current meter. Hence, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 3.However, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Electricity Board would fairly submit that the installation of solar power grid system is permissible and the impugned order will be revisited within a period of two [2] weeks and accordingly, prays for appropriate orders. 4.Heard the learned Counsel on either side. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to revisit the impugned order dated 24.01.2018, in terms of the policy decision taken by the Government in ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.2022 of 2018 respect of installation of solar power grid system and pass appropriate orders within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
