The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the garb of the order passed by the Trial Court dated 25.02.2022, the petitioner was arrested on 18.05.2022 due to violation of the bond. Thereafter, he got suspension of sentence vide order of this Court dated 11.08.2022. He further submits that the sentence period has already been over. Thus, nothing remains decided in this case and hence, he does not want to press the present revision. He further submitted that the same may be dismissed. Mr.M.M.I. Khaleel, learned Government Advocate appeared for the respondents and submits that the matter may be dismissed as infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement in the file. 3.
