Hon’ble Siddhartha Sah, J. None appears for the petitioner. Mr. R.K. Joshi, Brief Holder for the State. Mr. Sachin Veer Singh, Advocate for respondent no.5. The petitioner has filed instant petition seeking corpus of his minor daughter. Today, none is present for the petitioner. It has been the case of the petitioner that his minor daughter was kidnapped by respondent no.5. In this connection, FIR No.91 of 2022, under Section 365 of IPC was also lodged at Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. Today, learned State Counsel gives a statement that the investigation of the case was transferred to Police Station Bilaspur, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh and during investigation, the Police Officer of Police Station Bilaspur, District Rampur has recovered the victim and finally, after investigation, a final report has been submitted. He has produced the instruction that has been received from Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. It is taken on record. Since the victim has already been recovered by the police, as stated by the learned State Counsel as per instructions, nothing survives in the present petition, it stands disposed of accordingly.
