No.18692/2021/E -10 and quash the same. 2. W.M.P.No.29714 of 2022 filed seeking to permit the petitioners herein to file single writ petition as jointly before this Court is ordered on payment of single court fee. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the impugned order 03.01.2022 itself was cancelled vide order dated 18.12.2024 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 4 . In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
