No.712 of 2022 For Appellants : Mr.K.Govindarajan, For Respondents : Mr.V.Balaji JUDGMENT The suit for partition, recovery of possession and permanent injunction in O.S.No.361 of 2010 was dismissed by the Principal Sub Court and was affirmed in first appeal in A.S.No.32 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur, aggrieved by the concurrent findings, the present second appeal has been filed by the plaintiffs. 2. Pending the second appeal, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and in view of the unsuccessful claims as well, the plaintiffs have been adequately compensated by the compensated and a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- has been paid in full quit and the joint compromise memo, dated 08.04.2026 is duly signed by all the parties and their respective counsel, is presented for approval. 3. The parties are also present in person. The plaintiffs admit the factum of receipt of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in full and final settlement of all the claims, though unsuccessful, before the Court 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis SA(MD).
