The case of the petitioner is the petitioner availed loan from the 1st respondent Society by pledging the original documents of the petitioner's property. After settlement of the said loan, no due certificate was issued by the 1st respondent. Despite repeated representations, the respondents failed to return to original documents pledged by the petitioner and hence, the present writ petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record. 4.
