However, the Director, Environment Department, Panagal Maligai, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 is not a party to the proceedings either in the writ petition in W.P.No.16952 of 2022 or in the Review Application No.144 of 2023. 4. Considering the same the said authority, the Director, Environment Department, Panagal Maligai, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 is to be suo moto impleaded as a party in the W.P.No.16952 of 2022. Accordingly W.P.No.16952 of 2022 is restored to the file of this Court. 5.
