When this matter was taken up for hearing, by referring the counter, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that a site inspection was conducted on 27.08.2022 based on the petitioner’s representation and no such water stagnation had occurred near the petitioner’s house. Further, he ensured that the box culvert located at petitioner’s house is more than sufficient to carry the storm water from his land. Hence, he requests this Court to close the present petition. 3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the respondent, this writ petition is closed.
