The first part is to forebear TANGEDCO from giving electricity connection to the respondents 5 to 7 without considering the writ petitioner's objection. 3.This writ petition was filed in February, 2022. Today ie., 09.04.2026, when the matter was taken for hearing, the learned standing counsel for TANGEDCO submitted that agricultural service connection was already effected for the private respondents and that the first part of the prayer no longer survives and that it has become infructuous. 4.The other part of the prayer is to remove the encroachment made in Ramparu River bed. It is seen that for providing electricity service connection for the private respondents, some electric poles had been laid. We do not want to construe it as an encroachment.
