Heard both sides. 2.The writ petitioner alleges that the 7th respondent has put up an illegal construction. 3.The learned counsel for the 7th respondent draws our attention to the order dated 10.03.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.4252 of 2022. 4.The petitioner herein had alleged that the 7th respondent herein had committed encroachment on a public pathway. We wanted to know if the petitioner's rights have been infringed in any manner. The writ petitioner does not appear to be a neighbor.
