When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in this case, they received an information from EOW to the extent that there is a criminal complaint against the petitioner's vendor, who initially purchased the subject land out of fraudulent funds. Due to the said communication, the respondents are not in a position to register the deed executed by the petitioner. In this regard, a refusal order dated 06.12.2021 was also passed by the respondent. Hence, he would contend that nothing survives in this petition and thus, prays for dismissal of this petition. 3. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this petition. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed. No cost.
