Rajkumar For Respondent(s): No appearance ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to release the original title deeds deposited vide Registered Mortage of Deposit of Title Deed bearing Document No. 527 / 2006 register on 03.03.2006 in the office of SRO Annaimalai With regard to the house property consists of land and building situated in S.F. No. 175 / 1A, Pethanayakunur Village, Pollachi Taluka, Coimbatore district of an extent of 4.43 acres and a well fitted with 7.5 H.P motor thereon bearing Patta No. 386. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, initially, the petitioner's property was mortgaged to obtain the loan amount of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- Now, the entire amount was duly paid by the petitioner. In spite of the same, the original deeds were not released by the respondent. Hence, this petition. 3. None appeared on behalf of the respondents. However, considering the submission made by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents, pertaining to the statement of Account and re- payment of loan amount, before the respondent. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent shall re-concile the statement of loan account and release the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31440 of 2022 original deeds, after ascertaining as to whether the entire loan amount was re- paid by the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
