Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent and also perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the submissions made, this Court directs the petitioner to file a proper protest petition along with proper fee. In such case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and if any document is sought to be registered, the same may be registered after issuing notice to the petitioner and necessary parties. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
