WP No. 10928 of 2022 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 03/01/2022 and thereby, appoint the petitioner as the Hereditary Muthawalli. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the hereditary muthawalli of the Gehalatti Allah Devar Devadhayam inam pallivasal and Genjale Arsh Valiyullah Shahil Anbiya Dargha and he was appointed as muthawalli in the year 2016 for a period of three years. On 03.01.2022 the petitioner has sought for extension of Muthawalliship and the same is pending before the second respondent and the same is not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 5.
