The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.04.2022 requesting the 1st respondent to provide compensation and other reliefs under National Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2007. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
