Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent. During a previous occasion, this matter was adjourned for filing counter of the respondents. However, till today, no steps were taken for filing counter. 3. Further, it appears that this petition is pending for a period of 4 years. Even today, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, considering the long pendency, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
