The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given representations dated 04.02.2022, 30.08.2022 and 19.10.2022 requesting the respondents 2 to 5 to re-survey/identify the collector roads, local roads in Village No.148, Edayanchavadi Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 2 to 5 till date. Hence, this petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022, 30.08.2022 and 19.10.2022 and, after issuing due notice to the petitioner, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
