The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the Official respondents would submit that as sought for in the writ petition, the electricity connection has already been disconnected therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. That may be the reason, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present before this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the official respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
