The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents intend to lay road in the Vari poramboke. Hence, the petitioner filed the aforesaid representation dated 11.10.2022 to take action against the said private respondents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 1 to 3 till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted by the official respondents. Upon such enquiry, it appears that the private respondent had not made any attempt to lay road in the subject land and also it was assured by the private respondents that even in future, they will not lay any road therein. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondent had confirmed the submissions made by official respondents and submit that they are not taking any steps to lay road in the subject land. 5. In the case on hand, today, it was submitted by the respondents, both official as well as private respondents, that the private respondents are not taking any steps to lay road in the subject land.
