However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that now new set of President as well as Secretary and Trustees were appointed by conducting election. Therefore, he seeks time to get instruction. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent will permit the petitioner trust to operate the bank account upon the production of an appropriate resolution. 5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. In view of the fact that the Petitioner Trust has already elected a new set of office-bearers through a duly conducted election, this Court hereby directs the Petitioner Trust to produce a copy of the resolution authorizing the operation of its bank account before the Respondent.
