These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the deceased first respondent Bakkiamma Bai in the above second appeal (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the deceased first respondent Bakkiamma Bai in the above second appeal and (iii) to bring on record of the proposed parties/respondents 12 to 15:- i.Geetharani, daughter of late Kuppusamy Rao aged about 61 years ii.Raveenthranath, S/o late Kuppusamy Rao, aged about 59 years iii.Jagajeevan, S/o. Late Kuppusamy Rao, aged about 58 years, iv.Viswanathan, S/o. Late Kuppusamy Rao, aged about 53 years all are residing at Door No.74, Venkateswara Nagar, Melakalkandarkottai, Alanthur Village -620011, Tiruchirapalli East Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent Bakkiamma Bai and rank them as respondents 12 to 15 in the above second appeal. 2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 3.
