When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 has already been considered and order was passed on 14.12.2022 and they are not in a position to trace out any mismanagement or any violation of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. Hence, the prayer has become infructuous. 3. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the order dated 14.12.2022, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner know to the law.
