Ka. No. 14553 / D2 / 2022-3, dated 27.09.2022 and quash the same in so far as it concerns the Transfer of the petitioner from Government Arts College, Ooty to Government Arts and Science College, Kangeyam and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to retain the petitioner in Government Arts College, Ooty. 2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that respondents Authorities do not propose to implement the order dated 27.09.2022 for the present. In that view of the matter he would submit that this matter may not require further adjudication. 3. It may also be relevant to note that petitioner except for a brief period of about 20 days had continued to work in Government Arts College, Ooty till date. 4. As a matter of fact, the learned Additional Government Pleader would also submit that even those 18 days have been treated as Earned leave. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26803 of 2022 __________ Page3 of 4 5. In view of the submissions, this Writ Petition may not require further adjudication it is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits, correctness, legality or otherwise of the impugned order dated 27.09.2022. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
