D-1 deceased JUDGMENT This Civil Suit has been filed praying to grant Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendants, their men, agents, successors-in-business and interest, assigns, representatives, servants, employees or any person claiming through or under them from in any manner interfering with the Plaintiff’s peaceful enjoyment and possession of the Scheduled mentioned property and filing false complaints, letters, statements, proceedings as against the Plaintiff. 2.When this matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels for the plaintiff and the defendants are present and submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 17.03.2026 duly signed by all the parties and their respective counsels, has been filed.
