The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation itself is insufficient / inadequate in as much as relevant medical certificates and documents have not been furnished and prima facie the petitioner may not be entitled to any family pension. Having said that the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner may submit a fresh representation along with supporting documents, if any, and on such representation being made, the same would be considered and orders would be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 3.
