Today, the learned counsel for respondents circulated a communication from IDBI, wherein it has been stated as under: " The Bank has carefully examined your representation dated November 18, 2022 to consider your promotion to caretaker with retrospective effect and does not found any merits to consider it with effect from August 01, 2020." 3. In view thereof, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
