At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 that if the above appeal is yet to be numbered, the same would be numbered, if it is otherwise in order. In case, appeal is numbered and yet to be disposed of, the same would be disposed of, after affording petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner and third respondent. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to dispose of writ petition with following directions: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No.24446 of 2022 __________ Page3 of 5 i) There shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to number appeal, if it is yet to be numbered, if it is otherwise in order and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after affording petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii) In case, appeal is numbered and yet to be disposed of, respondents 1 and 2 shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after affording petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
