V.Vasanthakumar, AGP(P) RR1 & 2 Mr.N.U.Prasanna RR3 to 6 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the gift deeds dated 20.08.2014 in Document Nos. 1665/2014, 1666/2014, 1667/2014 and 1668/2014 registered in Sub-registrar of SRO , Thirunallar , in favour of the respondents 3 to 6 in respect of the Temple land in R.S.No. 166/11C, Thirunallar Village, Karaikal District, Puducherry State and forbear them from putting any construction over the same and to take action against erring officials of the 2nd respondent temple, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble court. 2. The petitioner is the President of the petitioners sangam, was formed long back for giving its voice on behalf of the Sthanigars of the Temple viz., Sri https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12750 of 2022 Dharbaranyeshwara Swamy Devasthanam, Tirunallar. In the year 2014, the Sangam was registered bearing Registration No.28/2014. Being the Parambarai Sthanigars and Karavazhis. There was a pond situated at RS.No.154/1 to an extent of 0.42.00 situated on the northern side of the second respondent temple. In the year 1985, the said pond was closed by the then Executive Officer and handed over the place for construction of a boarding/lodging house to one Yartika Niwas Avasvikas samithi, which is a private concern. In such circumstances, the private respondents have created fabricated documents and took the land for rent and they never paid any rent to the second respondent. On 06.05.2022, the petitioner made a complaint to the first and second respondents herein setting out the facts and requested them to cancel the registration documents and to take action against the erring officials and the respondents have not taken any action on the complaint. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners complaint within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
