The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 29.08.2022, requesting the respondent to take steps to life the name of the petitioner from the CIBIL as requested. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2022 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
