Heard Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, indicating that the parties have amicably settled the matter out of Court and a Memorandum of Understanding has been filed to that effect. 4. The Court proceedings had also been placed on record, indicating that the said suit has been disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo by the order of the Court on 19.02.2026. 5.
