In view of the above, this Court passes the following order: i) If no order is passed after enquiry, this Court directs the respondents to pass order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; ii) If the order was already passed, this Court directs the respondents to issue a copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order, either passed or to be passed, by the respondents. 4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
