However, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2021 has been considered and the parent documents and mortgage deeds were handed over to the petitioner. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, it is evident that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved and that might be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner. Hence, by recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
