When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners placed the E-Court extracts, indicating that the suit out of which the present Civil Revision Petitions arise, had been disposed of by the Court as early as on 28.08.2024. 3. In view of the disposal of the suit, nothing further survives for adjudication in these matters and accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand closed. No costs.
