The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, based on the written instruction given by the Revenue Thasildar, submitted that during the course of survey, the revenue authorities has identified encroachments in the car track and a temple is under construction in the car track area as well as in the Government land. Thus, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to initiate enforcement action and remove the encroachment by following the procedures as contemplated 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.21532 of 2022 under the relevant statutes and rules in force and after affording an opportunity to the alleged encroachers, if any illegal or unauthorized construction is found, the said building are directed to be removed by following the procedures. 3. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
