No.A4/ 984/ 2020 dated 13.06.2022. 2. At the outset, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents would submit that petitioner’s request would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on the above request of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to Respondents to consider petitioner's request, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any other interested persons, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
