The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.12.2021 requesting the respondent to accept the petitioner’s legal heir certificate and consider the claim https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 16609 of 2022 made by the petitioner with regard to his mother’s share. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent at the earliest. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner's representation was filed as early as in the year 2021. In such case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondents. In such case, the respondents 4 to 7 are directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of said representation. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
