When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of as early as on 16.11.2022 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to forward a copy of the order dated 16.11.2022 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so aggrieved.
