Bhise holding for Mr.N.L.Choudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time as Advocate Mr. N.L.Choudhari, is not available today, but on going through the petition, it appears that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.2 to club all the similar nature of FIRs registered against him in Dhule District and to make common investigation through one police agency. However, the report of Resource Personnel of this Court clearly indicates that there were three First Information Report Nos.124/2022, 125/2022 and 312/2022 2026:BHC-AUG:42331-DB 899.22WP 2 which culminated into RCC Nos.678/2022, 695/2022 and 614/2022 respectively and the trial of these Criminal Cases were also conducted and the petitioner was acquitted. Further it appears that one Special Case No.117/2025 relating to FIR No.117/2022 of Azad Nagar Police Station, Dhule is now clubbed with Special Case No.141/2022. 2] Thus, it appears that the direction, which is sought by the petitioner, has now become infructuous since no investigation of any of the First Information Reports is going on at present.
