The petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate grounds in terms of the letter/ communication issued by respondent no. 2 – Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola dated 17-12-2025. By the said letter, the Education Officer has informed President/Secretary of respondent no. 3 as also respondent no. 4 - Head Master to take necessary steps to appoint petitioner on compassionate grounds. 3. We are informed that there is dispute between the management and, therefore, Administrator was appointed. If he has not done so, the petitioner may approach the Grievance Committee formed in terms of judgment dated 16-6-2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1775 of 2026 (Madhao Bahuuddeshiya Shikshan Sanstha, Dawaniwada v.
