Heard. 2. The petitioner is seeking direction in this petition to decide her representation dated 10.03.2022 which is wrongly mentioned as 10.02.2022. 3. However, today the learned A.P.P. placed on record the internal communication of Anti Corruption Bureau, Aurangabad dated 22.03.2022 along with the other correspondence. The correspondence dated 12.07.2022 issued by Police Inspector of Anti Corruption Bureau, Aurngabad to the Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau, Maharashtra State indicates that the contents of the aforesaid application of the petitioner, had in fact attracted action in respect of cheating and for that purpose, the said application needs to be 2026:BHC-AUG:42241-DB (2) 917 Cri. W. P. 551-2022.odt referred to the Police Commissioner of Aurangabad City. The said internal correspondence is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ collectively, for identification. 4. The direction in this petition is only to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 and the Anti Corruption Bureau, Aurangabad, after considering the same, found it appropriate to forward it to the Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad City. 5. As such, the petitioner can now pursue his grievance as per the provisions under law. The petitioner may take appropriate proceeding under the provisions of law to initiate criminal prosecution of the persons involved. 6.
