The Applicant appears to be the informant in Crime No.197 of 2012. 2. Pursuant to the said crime, R.C.C. No.156 of 2013 came to be registered, in which the Respondents-accused came to be acquitted vide judgment and order dated 9th April 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad. 3. Feeling aggrieved by the said acquittal order, the Applicant Shrikant Malani 2026:BHC-AUG:41324 8.REVN.181.2022.odt has preferred Criminal Appeal No.123 of 2019. The said Appeal also came to be dismissed vide order dated 06th April 2022. 4. Today, the matter is listed; however, none appears on behalf of the Applicant. It appears that the Applicant has lost interest in the matter. Since the matter has been pending since 2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Revision Application.
