By way of the present appeal filed under Section XLIII Rule 1(c) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), the appellant seeks to assail the impugned order dated 25.07.2022 as well as the judgment dated 19.02.2019 passed by the ADJ-01, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS No. 8094 of 2016 titled as “Avneet Kaur Pannu Vs. Naveen Projects Ltd.”. 2. After initial submissions, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that though the delay is enormous, however, fairly does not oppose the prayers made in the present appeal and prays that the same may be subject to payment of some costs. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering the prayers made in the present appeal, the present appeal stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the respondent within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
