The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing order dated 06.01.2022 (Annexure P-7), passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby the application filed by respondent-plaintiffs for correction of the amount in J-form given in the plaint, has been allowed. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 06.01.2022 is an interim order, and during the pendency of the present revision petition, the main suit from which the instant revision petition arises, has since been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 24.08.2026. It is further submitted that the impugned order dated 06.01.2022 has since merged in the judgment and decree aforesaid and in view thereof, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
