It is stated that the compliances required are already completed except the fact that once the present Settlement Agreement is recorded by this Court, the petitioner shall withdraw the Arbitration Petition bearing no. ARB.P. 1209/2022 and the respondent shall withdraw CCP(O) 59/2021. 3. It is also stated that in terms of the amount having being paid by the petitioner to the respondent, the decree sought to be enforced vide OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 127/2021 also stands satisfied.
