MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):-
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, as a separate petition bearing CRM-M- No. 38214 of 2025, seeking quashing of the same FIR, which is the subject matter of the present petition, on the basis of compromise, has already been allowed and the FIR stands quashed. He has also placed on record copy of order dated 11.03.2026 passed by this Court in this regard.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
Since the main petition has already been disposed of, pending application, if any, is rendered infructuous.
