1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 34/2022 registered with the Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 376, 376(2)(n) and 384 IPC.
2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative). Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-7700/2022] survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
4. Factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer is ordered to be retained on the record.
